Our Sunshine Coast family mini sessions are designed for small groups — usually up to 5 people. That typically means parents and kids, and maybe a grandparent or the family dog. If you’re planning a larger extended family photoshoot, we recommend booking a full family photography session so we have more time and space to capture everyone.
Each mini family session runs for about 30–45 minutes. It’s the sweet spot — enough time to get a variety of candid and posed shots without little ones losing interest. Perfect for busy Sunshine Coast families who want beautiful photos without spending the whole day shooting.
We choose stunning outdoor locations on the Sunshine Coast — usually beaches or leafy parks with easy parking and great light. These are handpicked spots we know will photograph well and are safe, scenic, and ideal for kids to explore.
For our the mini session, the location is pre-selected to allow us to photograph multiple families in one day. If you’d love a custom location (like your home, favourite beach, or special spot), we’d be happy to organise a full family photography session instead.

Weather can be unpredictable, but don’t stress. If it’s raining or the light’s not ideal, we’ll reschedule your Sunshine Coast mini session at no extra cost. Your comfort and your kids’ enjoyment are always the priority.
